NAHAD - Hose Assembly Guidelines

NAHAD Listed Members are committed to designing safer, higher quality, more reliable hose assemblies. Members ensure their hose assemblies comply with NAHAD guidelines, which set a benchmark for safety, value, and dependability for Industrial, Hydraulic, Corrugated Metal, Fluoropolymer and Composite hose assemblies.

NAHAD Listed Members each appoint a company representative to work with the NAHAD Standards Committee. The Standards Committee is charged with overseeing the online Hose Assembly Guidelines program.

In addition to serving on committees, NAHAD Listed Members participate in several educational activities throughout the year including:

• NAHAD Online Distribution Management School – classes which address basic and advanced skills for distribution professionals
• NAHAD ResourCenter, offering the latest audiovisual and text resources
• Webinars and Seminars – web/audio training sessions that address key business and sales topics
• Completion of the NAHAD Specifications Exam and Certificate Program
• University of Industrial Distribution – sponsored by Purdue University, this is the industry’s leading educational resource for distribution and manufacturing leaders
• NAHAD University Partnerships – link NAHAD members with the nation’s leading distribution education schools for access to skilled employees and degree programs
• NAHAD Annual Convention – the industry’s leading event, attended by hose distribution and manufacturing leaders worldwide
